Link your SOPs to your project management system, this allows your team to ask less questions to you and instead look at the SOPs, creating more speed and your tasks get done faster

So back in November I payed for consulting, this was from a mentor of mine who does operational work for bigger companies, prob 7 figures minimum

I respect him highly and get a lot of inspiration and ideas from him

When I spoke to him we were talking about project management

I was telling him about how most of my clients use clickup or asana for project management

And google docs or notion for SOPs

While I was talking he interrupted me and said “no you shouldn’t do it this way”

He mentioned that the best companies he has worked with have both project management and SOPs under one software

This allows them to actually be able to link SOPs to tasks

And I was confused at first but if there is anything I’ve learned its, when someone ahead of you points something out

Usually there is a reason to, he also mentioned that if you do this simple but important linking your already in the top 1% of agencies

Because rarely agencies will end up doing this, they’ll use google docs for SOPs

And then clickup for project management

He said it doesn’t matter the software you use, but having them under one roof allows for efficiency as you scale

Due to the simple fact that your team will be less reliant on you and can operate more independently

Resulting in more work getting done per day

And better client results

And since November I’ve been doing this exact same thing

Both internally

And for clients

And he wasn’t clients, the results honestly have yielded 10 fold

Both for myself and the clients I work with

Everyone has seen an uplift in revenue and team efficiency

It’s simply just linking them under one roof

Maybe sound stupid, but don’t question this

Just implement it and take action

And trust me your results will be 10 fold
