Before actually making each decision in your business, go ahead and look at the data, if the data doesn’t align don’t make the decision

If it does, then run with the decision and pull the trigger

So last week I know I talked about how KPIs can actually make you filthy rich but I want to expand on what I talked about last week

I recently got together with a friend who does data dashboards

I’m talking dashboards that make 6 figures in returns for his clients

It’s all custom coded and he is a very smart individual in this realm

In fact I had him help me with one of my current clients, I needed help with a data problem that I was just scratching my head at for a LONG time

Sent him the loom and and he solved the problem

I was of course very happy and he goes to me “you only have a few thousand rows of data imagine if you had MILLIONS”

I told him I would have to die because I woudn’t know how to do that

But what you have to realize it more data and samples in your business the better your decisions will be

Instead of having 20/20 vision you have the BEST vision in your business

Because more data means more precise and predictable numbers

This is what I realized when talking to him

That KPIs matter a lot, but you need to be collecting of much data as you can

Because right now you might have a 70% success rate with ur current data

But imagine if you had 10x or 100x and millions of different data points

Your success rate would be 99% or even bulleyes each

And every

Time
