Advice that will cost you millions of $$$

This will be a short one.

Because here is something nobody tells you:

Recruiting is really simple.

But only if you understand one thing:

The greatest people aren't looking for a job.

Because they don’t need to.

They never get to that point.

When they leave their job, they instantly get flooded with new offers.

That's why job boards, LinkedIn ads, or the other things people have told you, rarely work.

You need to poach them.

& since you most likely don’t have the time to do that, you need to hire a headhunter.

There you go, million dollar hiring advice.

Which will also cost you millions of dollars.

Because headhunters are expensive, really expensive. :)

But hey, you can always just hire me! (I’m also really expensive)
