Build a solid project manager into your biz
do this
Hey.
I’ve invited all of you into my private community but here is the link to join (its free)
When building out a project management system for your info product business, the biggest issues I see are a lack of knowledge or a lack of understanding of what a good system looks like.
After working with many info product businesses, I’ve realized that relying on Google Docs for task management works until you hit that six-figure monthly revenue mark.
At that point, it gets messy. Companies doing five figures and struggling usually don't have a good project management system, while those hitting $100K per month almost always do.
A good system helps both the clients and the business understand where tasks are and where common bottlenecks occur.
This not only promotes productivity and efficiency but ensures every client gets the best results possible.
When you have a solid system in place, the only reason a client wouldn't succeed is if they don't take action.
You've removed every margin for error on your end, so the responsibility for success lies with them.
You also need a project management system with independent boards for each team member so they can clearly see what tasks they need to do today and overall.
This clarity helps your team stay on track.
Linking SOPs to tasks is essential too, so your team doesn’t constantly ask you for resources—they can find everything they need within the system.
Additionally, having client resources and information easily accessible reduces the number of questions you’ll get because your team can quickly look up client details in the project manager.
Now you can either do this yourself or have myself and my team do it for you
