full automation masterclass
sneak peak into my new training
Hey.
I’ve been releasing exclusive training content inside my free community, I have sent you all an invite and some have joined but click here to join
In today’s newsletter we will go over the following:
Examples of automations you can use in your business
How to continue to analyze poor automations
How to always improve automations
And a whole lot more
B2B Operational Idea of the Week
Every single end of the week you should have an automation that collects all of your business data and it sends you an email or Slack message
In this message you get all the metrics for the week and how the progress is currently for the month
To allow you to adjust and tweak parts of the business to hit those metrics
Here Are Some Top Links for this Week

Deep Dive
Part 1. Automations
Acquisition automations should be the main focus you have when it comes to not having any clients
For starting with a client or even 100 automations
These automations stay the same forever, they are something you build and stick during your whole business lifetime
Even if you are doing $100M/yr
This is the list of automations I recommend you build into your business:
Cold email replies
Stripe wins
Pre-call sequences
No Show sequences
No close sequences
Six-month nurture sequences
These are all centered around you making more money
For example, the cold email replies and stripe wins notify you so that you can act accordingly in the fastest time possible
Then you have all the different sequences in place
These come with the focus of making you more money
These have a massive return
A billion-dollar not doing this can pick up on easily $100M per year in extra revenue

Now let’s go over internal team notifications
Team notifications have the main focus of moving projects faster through the timeline
Projects get done faster → client capacity frees up / upsell current client → Money increases
Also these automations serve the purpose of keeping you and other C suite roles informed as to the daily progress and what needs to be looked at or not
These are the automations I recommend you implement:
EOD & BOD Form Reports
Task Notifications
Task Reminders
Implement these into whatever automation, project management, and other system software you are using for this

Now let’s talk about marketing automations
Most of the times the automation you need to put in place for marketing revolve around tracking data
Tracking data for that one YouTube video that you put out
Tracking how many views that got on the comparison to other YouTube videos
Looking how views to booked calls and what the comparison is
A lot of time it's just looking at the data and seeing if this happens to be an outlier or not
And seeing how you can make the video more like that one or better than that one if it didn't perform
It's about having each marketing asset you put out to be better and better
So the automations I'd recommend you add are:
Calls booked source tracking
Calls booked by platform tracking
The biggest driver for calls booked by content
These are the main general ones but marketing automations are mainly anything related to putting out content, running ads, and newsletters
Pretty much generating more attention and tracking those metrics for future decisions

Now let’s go over service delivery automations
Service delivery automations with the main focus of having your client projects move faster, have happier clients working with you, generating more referrals, and son
But these automations are in the client’s best interest
The main automation you should have are:
Client feedback on service
Client feedback on deliverables
Onboarding / Offboarding
Recurring task auto-creation
Client reports
Project / status updates
These all allow your projects to move faster
It helps you increase client LTV
Thus making you more $$$

Part 2: Analyzing Additional Automations & Building Them
Analyzation Process
Honestly, the truth is sad but most of you don't know how to analyze for additional automations
You'll simply build what I mentioned above and that's it
You'll just copy and paste them and not expand at all
While that still works the results when you simply focus on what I mentioned and then use that as inspiration to seek further high-returning automations
For example, some of you will look at the onboarding automation and build that
And others will look at it
Build it
Then get inspiration to have an automation where you move clients through stages of the service delivery process and tasks get auto populated and so on
You need to think outside the box because every business is unique but if you look at your internal business then you can find out what else you can automate
Then you get in the process of looking at everything and seeing wherever you can automate
Hopefully, by the end of this training, the automation side of your brain starts to actively fire and you continue to get new ideas as the days go bye
You essentially should be sifting through all the useless information to extract key insights

Framework
This is the framework that I follow when looking for other automations or just to get my creative juices flowing that usually allows me to come up with more helpful automations:
Look at your internal client journey
Analyze where you can automate and remove the manual process and human labor
Look at competitors to seek inspiration for other automations
Ask Chat GPT for ideas
Perform market research
Give AI every single aspect of your offer and what you do
Then ask it for unlimited automation ideas
Automate wherever you see fit

Part 3: How To Continuously Improve Your Automations
Chad Process
Now most of you will bang your head against the wall to try to figure out how you can improve your automations
Where are the bottlenecks and waste a shit ton of time on useless shit
You can either waste 10 hours staring inside zapier or make at your automations
Or
Simple provide AI with all the information on your automation with flaws you've noticed when you do test runs
Then have it provide you with a simple step-by-step fix for each flaw and how to overcome it
Then you simply just fix it
Instead of wasting 10 hours, you can fix these automations within an hour max
If you are buzzed out on a coffee or some other substance of your choice maybe even quicker
This is what I have done when I'm trying to bug fix 100s of different automations
Whilst trying to juggle getting new clients and all of the service delivery shit when it was just me in my agency
And I'd be able to fix dozens of different flaws in automations in a single day instead of spending a whole week on the bug-fixing
I was able to work smarter and harder at the same time
Which yielded under-waving results
