How Shitposting Will Get You A-Players
Ever wondered why everyone has these amazing teams?
They work together in a way you’ve never seen before, at speeds you could only dream of.
Real killers.
A challenge arises, and it gets solved immediately. They neglect their sleep for the mission. They would neglect everything for the mission.
But where the fuck do they find these people?
LinkedIN? Facebook Groups? Indeed? Upwork?
Ok, I hope you never thought that it might be Upwork. If so, I have some bad bad news for you buddy.
But anyway, it’s none of the above.
And if you ever asked one of the entrepreneurs with such teams, you know what they always tell everyone.
“Oh I just met him through X person, at X event…”
So, the answer is networking??
Yes, and no.
See, while you can meet some of these people through your network, this is not a feasible solution to build entire teams.
You would have to go around and meet people all day; you can’t do that; you got a damn company to run. Right? Right?!?!?!
So what do we do instead? We go with the scaleable version of networking.
Personal brands.
“Oh BUT TYLER!!! I don’t wanna have a damn camera in my face all day long.”
Lucky you. You don’t need to have a camera in your face all day long. Just half the day, like 12h maybe.
Nah.
One of the best platforms to build your personal brand on if you wanna connect with some killers doesn’t even require you to own a camera.
Because it’s text-based. Of course, I’m talking about Twitter. Kinda known as X now but no one will ever use that name, sorry Elon.
Scaling your personal brand on there is also easier than you might think.
Just share your thoughts, share your achievements, share what’s going on in your company…
And if you’re doing cool shit, this will attract cool people.
It’s that simple.
If you wanna have a detailed guide on how to grow on Twitter, I will publish one in my free community in the next couple of days. You can join here.
