4. Then it hits the transcription with this exact prompt: "You are a work expert, analyze this information and list out:

   • Key inefficiencies identified

   • Specific improvement suggestions

5. It even decides if an SOP is needed by analyzing the content

6. If an SOP is needed, it automatically:

   • Creates the SOP structure

   • Names it appropriately

   • Categorizes it (new client/ongoing/offloading)

   • Dumps it all into my Notion database
