- Issue where most businesses fuck up
Issue where most businesses fuck up
You probably struggle with this or have in the past
Hey,
So as I’ve mentioned in the past with my credentials of speaking to so many businesses across numerous verticals I’ve been able to look into all of these businesses and analyze most of them
I could go on and on about my credentials blah blah blah
But the thing that everyone will struggle with is financial
They think running their 6 fig monthly business runs well but then they are clueless as to why there's not a lot of money in their bank account
AKA their profit margins are horrendous
They are spending 1000s on software they forgot to sign up for and have no clue their spending for each category of their business
They just go by gut and fuck around and find out
That is fine but if you can save 1000s more per month by cutting software that you don’t use that money can directly go to the 4 seasons in whatever location you please
Whether that's Bora Bora or NYC
Idgaf
If you want to scale your business you need good profit margins
Otherwise adding 100K to your business will be adding 10-20K in profit
And that's just another Rolex instead of 5-6 Rolex’s
It comes down to your profit margins and your company financials
And what most will do is scale to high 5 figures and let their foot off the gas thinking everything will be alright
And they inflate their lifestyle-heavy
They go to Dubai, get a boat for a day or two
Get designer clothes, hire as many people as possible to do less work, etc
This results in you either having horrible profit margins for a while
Or you’ll end up going in debt and going back down to low 5 figures or even 4 figures
I’ve seen this happen time and time again
This is why I’ve built a full finance module in my private community so everyone that joins my community never struggles with financials ever again
As I’m building this out I’ll go over accounting automations, how to set up QuickBooks, and how to see the main financial metrics in your business through airtable
And more, this is just the start
Luckily for you if you want access I’m giving 40% off your first month using code EARLYBIRD; click here. Only 9 spots left so act fast
See you inside
Ciao,
