just launched an agency in 5h, here is how

Yep, you read that right.

Yesterday I had an idea—my favorite kind. One that if executed correctly would make me a lot of money while just being an extension of my current business.

It’s an agency offer to be exact.

So what would I have done 2 years ago?

I would’ve conducted research on the target audience, minimum of 4 days.

Then I would’ve thought about the best way to reach that audience: Paid Ads? Cold email? Cold calling? Maybe something else? Probably another day or two.

I would've spent at least 2 days mapping out the customer journey.

Then a day creating an automated onboarding flow.

Maybe 2 - 3 days working on branding and the website.

At least 4 days documenting everything and creating other automations.

That’s a minimum of 2 weeks wasted before even sending the first email.

But that didn’t happen this time, guess what I did.

The EXACT same thing, but faster.

Faster because of the 2 reasons:

1. AI is huge.

2. I now have systems in place to do this in hours instead of days.
