I've had a lot of people come to me asking how to build ManyChat flows

For reference, I've worked with various info product companies, businesses, and personal brands that use ManyChat frequently

I was building ManyChat flows before the hype when everyone was using it to get Instagram comments to boost the algorithm

I've had extensive experience in seeing what works best in ManyChat automations and what doesn’t

I've built simple ManyChat automations where someone comments on a post, gets added to a sequence, and then receives a resource via email

That sequence continues with a nurturing process up to building an AI DM setter inside ManyChat

The most complex and effective ManyChat flows involve two primary strategies

The first is when someone comments on a keyword, you send a resource, collect their email, and handle the DM setting yourself

This is what everyone uses and is very effective — you send a message saying, "Hey, I saw you comment X keyword, can I send the resource over?"

Then, you automate a follow-up DM saying, "Check out the resource I sent."

The second, more advanced option, is using an AI step where, after someone comments, the AI takes over the conversation

The AI figures out their problem, determines if it's a priority, learns their goals, and then redirects them to either book a call or purchase a low-ticket product

This AI automation is incredibly effective, helping people grow their accounts by 20,000 followers overnight or book endless calls

The best ManyChat automations depend on your goal, whether it's getting more followers, building your newsletter, or booking calls

If you just want more followers or newsletter sign-ups, the simplest automation takes 30 minutes to set up
