Hey so this might be a little different format as I’ve moved from convertkit to beehiiv and just making sure everything is properly setup

So bear with me

But today I really wanna talk something I’ve been cooking up for a minute

Its the ultimate guide to save 40-100 hours per month and making an addition $30-100k/m with your agency revenue

Biggest Problems Agencies Face:

These are the top operational challenges you face as an agency owner:

  1. No proper understanding of your client journey process

  2. No idea where to start and what to automate

  3. No rough idea of how long tasks take you

  4. No systematized process to take a client from point A to B

Why You Need To Save Time

You can only scale your business if you spend less time in the trenches of the business, and more time working ON the business.

Working on things that will actually propel and move the business forward.

Think of saving time as making more money, because you will.

You Need Systems

Look at it this way, companies such as Apple Or Amazon only truly exist because their systems eventually work for them.

The only way you can truly make it in business is if you build systems what will work for you when you sleep.

Otherwise you end up getting lapped by your competitors in a short amount of time.

Systems allow you to scale businesses and sections of each business.

THIS is what creates the Nikes of the world.

Without systems you want be able to scale past $100k/m and save 40-100 hours every single month.

Systems play a massive role around without these you won't anywhere.

If you want to make money in your sleep you need systems.

What Are Systems Though

Look at your agency, look at your CRM, project management, SOP hub, training hub, hiring flow.

These are all systems.

One of the main four foundations of each business are the systems each business has in place.

And systems yield a massive return.

They not only increase YOUR output but also your team as well.

This is what allows your input to output ratio to increase.

So instead of 1:1, it can be 1:2, 1:4, and even 1:10.

Companies such as Amazon are able to produce such output based of their systems alone.

Understanding Your Client Process

Most people won't even do this, so this is a sure sign to lap your competitors.

If I walk to up any of you, chances are you are clueless when it comes to the specific tasks you do when working with any clients from onboarding to off boarding.

And lack of knowledge in this case will be your main business killer.

Because at the end of the day, you don't know what you don't know.

And in this case not knowing means you don't know where you can save 40-100 hours every single month.

It means not knowing where you can delegate and automation certain tasks in your processes.

Or even understand what needs a proper systems built and what doesn't.

It's like trying to walk when theres a lot of fog, you can kind of see but only a limited view.

We want you to be able to SEE everything, and this is where understanding your client process comes into play.

Whats Worse That Knowing Your Process Is Not Improving It

You don't need fancy processes in place, all you need are simple and effective processes as to what currently works and that alone.

You don't to complicate a 10 step onboarding process into 25.

It's effective at 10, so keep it at 10.

But what it even worse than this is having a 10 step process and knowing the 10 step process but not analyzing ways that you can make it a 8 step process or instead of it taking 1 week, it takes only a few days or hours.

We always want to be trimming off fat, because that is where we can the lean meat, the things that actually yield a result.

These Systems Help Hand In Hand

The thing you need to understand is that a better onboarding system will have a direct impact has to how you deliver services for a client

Same goes for vice versa, which is why having the best systems in place for each part of the process is crucial

Because in order to have a good service delivery process in Month 1, 2, and 3

You need a dialed in onboarding process.

Everything is connected, which is more of a reason why you need this all to be as good as it can be, and all the fat is removed from all the processes

Marketing

Look at outreach for example, you can really only do mass marketing if your sales. operations, & fulfillment is perfected

Otherwise the good marketing won't help the rest

It in fact the good marketing will likely result in a unprofitable business where you spend too much time everywhere and not focused on actually scaling the business

The same effect will happen if you have good fulfillment but bad marketing

No one will ever know because your marketing is horrible

Think of it as a boat, you need all four in able to stay afloat otherwise you're going to sink
