How to make better creatives for ur clients
Deep Dive
So I’ve been studying top operations as I should be weekly and even daily
The thing that separates most companies is culture
Culture is what allows you to have a biz that runs without you or not
Without culture you can’t really scale your company to 9 and even 10 figs
Or even 7 figures
Culture isn’t corny at all
A lot of you guys think that it’s some corny stuff that you should never focus on
But it’s a very high ROI skill set you can get good at
You can either reach out to people who you need in ur biz
Or have them come to you
If you have good culture you can attract people who want to work with you
And these are A players
And you can make an impact in the world
The difference is how your culture is
Which will see the better result?
The team that is money-driven and only cares about the work at hand?
Or the people who are willing to grind and work for the mission you have
Probably the latter
You can teach the skill
But you can’t teach culture
There is a massive difference between the two
Every team member should be able to focus on the mission rather than the paycheck
Because those type of people actually move the needle
So you need to define your culture
This can be:
Training the body as much as possible
Playing sports
Eating clean
Working like a mad man
Generating the best results for clients
Fast response times
We are on a mission not for ourselves but for our family
Have something similar and people will naturally reach out to you
And the best of the best people will be on ur team
