Track your payment plans
Tracking on easy mode
Hey,
All right, so when you're scaling in a company, the biggest issue I often notice is that you don't actually have a proper process in terms of tracking payments
Tracking payments such as, "Okay, this person paid maybe half, this other person paid in full," and there's no clear-cut way to actually track payments
That usually results in a loss of revenue strictly because you don't have a clear-cut payment tracker, right?
When this happens, you're not able to collect all the payments you should be collecting
Instead, you might be making less money than you should be, right?
Even at scale, if you're tracking hundreds and hundreds of payments, you don't know who's converting, who needs to pay, who's overdue, and so on
You need to build some sort of system for this, right?
The best way I've noticed is to integrate this within your CRM
Have a system in your CRM where you know who needs to pay, when they need to pay, how much they've paid, and what kind of rate and offer you closed
For example, did they pay in full, is it a deposit, is it a split payment, and when is their next payment?
This way, you can see, "Okay, this person needs to make a payment on X date," and if they didn't pay, it goes into the overdue system
If you don't have a dialed-in tracking system, you're going to be losing a lot of revenue, right?
Please implement a payment tracker of some sort within your CRM where you can track it
This is when this person needs to pay; this is when that person needs to pay, and you have some sort of formula built into your system
This simple trick will probably make you a lot more money
I've included a full payment tracking system in my low-ticket community
If you want to join and get access to that, the link is right here
Ciao,
